You will receive a professional education led by instructors who have the experience to help you understand the fundamental culinary skills necessary in baking and pastry creation.
What you will learn
The curriculum covers the preparation and presentation of breads, specialty breads, cakes, desserts, chocolates, tarts, and tortes. Our hands-on approach to teaching, personal attention from our qualified instructors, and your desire to learn will turn you into a marketable graduate who is prepared to meet the certification standards of the American Culinary Federation as well as the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe certification. You will explore entry-level culinary career opportunities, including:
- Bread and pastry chef
- Dessert specialist
- Bakery chef
- Pantry/pastry cook
- Pastry shop owner
- Institutional and cafeteria baker
- Catering specialist
- Patisserie specialist
- Instructor
