At Institute of Technology, we believe that those who have served our country deserve respect, honor and gratitude. We also realize that many of those who chose to help preserve our freedom did so at the expense of furthering their education.
In an effort to serve those who have sacrificed so much, Institute of Technology has developed scholarships for you, members of your family and other former members of the military.
The following scholarships may be used in conjunction with your military benefits:
Distinguished American’s Scholarship
The Distinguished American’s Scholarship was created for former members of the military who served in either Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan or Operation Iraqi Freedom. The recipient must have been honorably discharged from the military in order to be eligible.
The scholarship will apply $500 per module or a max of $5,000 toward your chosen academic program.
Freedom Scholarship
The Freedom Scholarship is available to the dependants of military personnel. Dependants must have at least one parent who served in either Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom. If the parent is no longer in the military, they must have been honorably discharged.
The scholarship will apply $500 per module or a max of $5,000 toward the student’s chosen academic program.
