In addition to developing your knowledge of the concepts, preparation, and basic skills in the classroom, we give you hands-on experience with a 180-hour externship at a fine dining establishment – the perfect conclusion to our extensive program.
This Modesto, California Culinary Arts AOS degree program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation’s Educational Foundation and recognized by their accrediting commission as an “Exemplary” program. Students who complete this program and pass the applicable ServSafe exams will have met standards for certifications in Supervisory Management, Nutrition, Food Protection Manager, and Responsible Alcohol Service, as well as received a “Certified Culinarian” credential from the ACF.
